SMB Communications operates its contest application on Canadian-hosted infrastructure. We use service providers to deliver verification and other administrative emails and to maintain protected operational backups. Our present Zoho mail services may process or store email addresses, message content and delivery metadata in the United States. We have requested migration to Zoho's Canadian data centres; that change will be reflected in this notice only after it has been verified.

Other service providers may process information in jurisdictions described in their applicable agreements. Where personal information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to lawful access under the laws of that jurisdiction. For requests about access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, contact privacy@tryvoip.ca.

This supplement should be read together with the existing contest privacy notice, including its data retention and individual rights provisions. It does not change the contest's rules or consent requirements.
